"One of th best things about St Patricks is the support and encouragement given to new students looking to settle down in the College for the first few weeks. My first and second year  allowed me to partcipate in several core computing courses (Switch Enginnering, Computer Platforms, Website Design, Programming Concepts etc), thus gaining an overall impression of the IT industry in which i hope to have a career. My course on Web Site design was particularly interesting , as it allowed me to see just how things work at the highest levels of  Web Application Development, as well as giving me the opportunity to make an impression through course work. I was able to utilise the the programming skills I had picked up on my course, as well as demonstrating and improving my personal attributes such as organisation and good time keeping. I believe that the experiences i  have had in St Patricks so far will equip me for the ever challenging world of  IT and Computing"
