Despite the inclement weather, St Patrick’s College staff braved the elements and participated in the Lord Mayor of London’s St Patrick’s Day Parade, which took place on 17th March 2013. The attached pictures show Michael Hilton and our intrepid Student officers Sefajul and Aig wrestling with the wind and rain to control the giant St Patrick’s College banner which they carried proudly from Hyde Park Corner to Trafalgar Square. The applause they received from the crowds thronging the streets made the whole exercise worthwhile as well as enjoyable. Let us hope for better weather for next year’s parade!
