St Patrick’s staff and students celebrated St Patrick’s Day this year with their usual flair and enthusiasm. On Sunday 16th March intrepid members of staff flew the flag for the College in the Mayor of London’s Annual St Patrick’s Day Parade. They marched in the sunshine from Hyde Park Corner to Whitehall, soaking up the applause from the crowds and having their pictures taken a million times.

On 17 March, St Patrick’s Day itself, our Student Experience Team put on a day to remember for the students. They organised a funfair day jam packed with games such as apple fishing, knock over the cans, hula hoops, a football keep up challenge, a press up challenge, and a “Who wants to be a St Patrick’s Winner”? competition. Staff and students joined in a karaoke contest with such enthusiasm that it may well have been audible in County Cork.

A good time was had by all, even if there were a few sore heads the morning after…
