St Patrick’s principal hosts European Business Awards

This week, Professor Daniel Khan OBE took part in the judging panel at the European Business Awards, which took place at the London Stock Exchange.

Since 2007, the European Business Awards has celebrated the most innovative businesses on the continent by promoting success, innovation, and ethics in the community.

Supporters and judges of the European Business Awards have included Yves Leterme, former Belgium Prime Minister; Karel De Gucht, former European Commissioner for Trade; Wim Kok, former Dutch Prime Minister; and Gilbert Ghostine, CEO of Firmenich SA.

Last year, participants represented a combined turnover of over €1.2 trillion Euros and employed over 2.7 million people.

Professor Khan said it was a great honour to take part, and that it was a great way to promote the work St Patrick’s does in the area of entrepreneurship and enterprise.
