Staff from St Patrick’s College attended the Newham Chamber of Commerce conference last Wednesday, which was arranged in association with China UK Gateway. The event was held at the University of East London’s Knowledge Dock Business Centre.
St Patrick’s Students Graduation
St Patrick’s College held their second graduation ceremony of the year at St. Mary’s Church, Marylebone, with over 230 students graduating.
St. Patrick’s runs in the Olympic Stadium
Last Sunday, St Patrick’s Cardio club competed in the Morrisons Great Newham 10K run. The event saw over 15,000 runners take part, including Paula Radcliffe, an Ambassador of the Great Run, and Sir Robin Wales, Mayor of Newham.

STP School of Technology visits the Science Museum
This week, new students at St Patrick’s School of Technology visited the Science Museum in South Kensington.
Led by the Head of School, Malcolm Thompson, they were taken on a journey through how data entry and telecommunications first began.
St Patrick’s Cardio Club train for 10k run
The St Patrick’s Cardio Club have been training for the past three weeks to take part in the Newham 10k run, taking place on Sunday 19th July at the Olympic Park.
They are raising money for Docklands Settlement, a charity that helps deprived communities within Newham, Tower Hamlets, and Southwark.
