St Patrick’s Student Survey: Results

St Patrick’s latest student survey has now revealed some excellent results and student feedback, with some areas exceeding the national average scores.

Nearly 400 students participated, and the results showed 76% overall course satisfaction which is a 2% increase from last year.

In addition to specific questions about St Patrick’s, sets of questions from the National Student Survey (NSS) were used.

An area of significant improvement was assessment and feedback, where 80% of respondents said they had received detailed feedback on their work, and 71% agreed that the feedback helped to clarify things they did not understand. Both of these results exceeded the NSS national combined average score.

The Student Experience Department are now analysing the data and putting an action plan together in collaboration with the Student Enhancement and Learning & Teaching Committee (SELT) to further improve the St Patrick’s experience.
