St Patrick’s student hosts dinner for staff and students


This week, St Patrick’s hospitality student Bonny surprised 60 lecturers and students with a buffet. He held the event as part of his Food and Beverage Operations module.

Guests were welcomed with drinks before being offered a wide variety of food. This is just one example of how the course embeds practical learning within the assessment, and it has generated engagement, interest, and enthusiasm within students.

Bonny will now write a reflection on the event to pass the module, based on the evaluation and feedback provided by the guests.

A big well done to him for holding the dinner.
